• Website redesign and optimization

• Website maintenance and support

Project Process

Our typical project process includes:

1. Consultation: Initial discussion to understand your needs and requirements
2. Proposal: We provide a detailed quote and timeline
3. Design: Creation of initial designs for your approval
4. Development: Building your website based on approved designs
5. Review: Opportunity to review and request revisions
6. Launch: Final testing and website launch

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Supply necessary content, images, and materials
• Ensure you have rights to any content provided
• Pay for services according to agreed terms

Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Revisions

Our standard packages include up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges. Major scope changes are not considered revisions and may require a change order.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the website design and content created specifically for you. We retain ownership of:

• General design concepts and frameworks
• Stock photos and third-party assets
• Code libraries and frameworks used

Hosting and Maintenance

Website hosting and maintenance are available as separate services. If you choose to host elsewhere, technical support may be limited. We are not responsible for third-party hosting issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Info Sites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date.
